Marqués de Riscal celebrates the launch of Sublimme by Riscal, its first sparkling wine, in Madrid

Marqués de Riscal celebrated the successof Sublimme by Riscal, its first sparkling wine, with The SublimmeBloom, a special evening dedicated to effortless toasts and the joy ofshared moments. 

The chosen venue was Fransen et Lafite, a florist in Madrid,transformed for the occasion into a lush garden of yellow dahlias, theflower featured in this distinctive sparkling wine’s visual identity. 

Model Javier de Miguel and businesswoman Carmen Lomana were among the familiar facesattending an event that explored the versatility and allure of Sublimme byRiscal, including in cocktails, accompanied by a selection of gourmet bitesfrom Pruna Catering.

Sublimme by Riscal can be enjoyed on its own, served wellchilled to bring out the vibrant, aromatic character of Sauvignon Blanc, the grape variety from which it is made, or as the star ingredient in cocktails.

The Sublimme Spritz and Sublimme Signature cocktails, prepared during the eveningby The Cocktail Face, revealed another way to enjoy this unique experience. In the Sublimme Spritz, the sparkling wine combines with the sweetness ofstrawberry purée and the citrus notes of lime cordial, creating a fresh, lightdrink with a pronounced herbal character courtesy of fresh mint. In the Sublimme Signature, the delicate floral notes of elderflower and the structure oflemon cordial embrace the bubbles of Sublimme by Riscal, providing a base for asilky citrus and passion fruit foam. Rose petals add the finishing touch to anelegant, citrus-led cocktail.
