The Marqués de Riscal team has won the high handicap Gold Cup at the 50th International Polo Tournament by La Reserva Club of Sotogrande. The team won 14-10 against Ayala Polo Team in the final. This tournament is part of the Grand Slam and is one of the four most important in the world of Polo.
The members of the Marqués de Riscal team, formed by Alejandro Aznar, Santiago Cernadas, Guillermo Caset and Cruz Heguy, celebrated the victory in a prize-giving ceremony with a large audience and an exceptional atmosphere.
This year's competition was one of the most intense of the season, bringing together 19 teams and the best players in the world, putting Sotogrande in the global sporting spotlight.
