Marqués de Riscal supported the exclusive premiere of “Edu La Serie”, a three-part production exploring the personal and professional life of showjumper Eduardo Álvarez Aznar, a member of the Madrid in Motion team, which is sponsored by the winery.
Friends, sponsors and members of the media attended the exclusive event at Forbes House, where they enjoyed two distinguished wines: XR de Marqués de Riscal 2021 and Marqués de Riscal Verdejo sobre Lías Finas 2025, one of the winery’s latest releases. This food-friendly white wine has been available since February in restaurants and at the winery’s retail outlets.
Marqués de Riscal shares a natural connection with showjumping, a sport that embodies values such as the pursuit of excellence through patience and sensitivity, as well as respect and care for nature.
For decades, the winery has been an official sponsor of both Madrid in Motion, a team that has competed in the international Global Champions Tour since its inaugural season in 2016, and one of its riders, Eduardo Álvarez Aznar. A three-time Olympian, Álvarez Aznar is one of Spain’s leading figures in the sport.
